Free wheelchair skills program!

Get fit at the outdoor gym while sitting or do you fancy a game of roller blazed wheelchair basketball? You will learn some basketball skills and the correct way to shoot, pass and catch a ball. Have you ever played Gotha Boccia? It’s a bowling game similar to the Italian game of bocce. It requires concentration, strategy and accuracy rather than strength.
